Simplifying Freight Logistics for Complex Projects
When you've got large, complex projects that need to move across oceans, you need a project logistics partner you can trust.
One that's done it thousands of times before. One that can handle any issue, challenge or left-field dilemma that comes up during transport. One That's seen it all so it knows IT all.
You Provide the Drawings. We Take Care of the Rest.
Part by part, we design a shipping plan for your complex project to arrive safely and securely at your final destination, on time and on budget.
Preliminary Planning: We marry our technical expertise and logistics planning for out of gauge and complex projects together to create a meticulous plan that anticipates every challenge and obstacle to get your projects from here to there with ease.
Cost Feasibility: Because of our direct relationships with air, ocean, and ground transportation networks, we get you the lowest cost.
Multi-Modal Transportation and Route Planning: We optimize your transit time using our global air, ocean and ground network according to your budget and schedule.
Careful Execution: Freight safety is our priority. We'll ensure your cargo is packed and handled to withstand traveling thousands of miles on the open road, ocean and air-leveraging all types of freight forwarding methods, including less-than-container load, full-container load, break bulk, out-of-gauge and reefer options.
At entry, transfers and offloading, we're there to oversee the safe loading and unloading of your goods to avoid damage.
Compliance with International Regulations: We're experts in all facets of global trade including embargoes, export controls and tariffs. You won't have to worry about taking a wrong route or having improper documentation for entry or exit around the world.
Customs Formalities: We manage the required documentation, verify the harmonized tariff codes and follow the exact customs formalities to get your cargo cleared at the origin and point of entry.
Proactive Communication: When situations arise like extreme weather, labor strikes or new trade sanctions, we keep you informed and mitigate any issues on your behalf. And, we stay in contact with your customer to communicate delivery times or arrange just in time deliveries.
Transparent tracking: You'll always know where your project is en route through our regular communication during the entire shipment process.
